EMMIM is a health coworking space in Lisbon, next to Praça do Saldanha: we rent fully equipped private consulting rooms to psychologists, doctors, therapists and coaches, with services included — patient reception, waiting room and schedule management. More than a space, a business partner.
It is a shared workspace designed for health and wellbeing professionals. Instead of desks in an open space, you get private consulting rooms with a treatment couch, a waiting room for patients and professional reception — paying only for the hours or time slots you need, without the fixed costs of a practice of your own.
Prices start at 4,90€ per hour on the higher-volume plans. Hour packs: 1 hour for 14,88€, 10 hours for 132,25€, 20 hours for 243,43€ and 35 hours for 391,74€ (amounts + VAT). There are also monthly plans by time slot — mornings, afternoons/evenings or full day — from 124,80€/month + VAT.
Yes. The 1 Hour Pack costs 14,88€ + VAT. Hour packs are valid for 6 months after purchase (the 35 Hour Pack is valid for 1 year) and can be used on weekdays, with access to the waiting room, internet, kitchenette and outdoor lounge area.
Not necessarily. Hour packs are bought with no minimum commitment at all. Alternatively, there are automatically renewing monthly contracts, slightly cheaper, with a deposit equal to 1 month: from 3 months of contract onwards cancellation is free; before 3 months, cancelling means losing the deposit.
Reception of your patients and escorting them to the waiting room, internet, kitchenette and outdoor lounge area, shower room, access to the space by code and access to strategic partnerships. Monthly plans also include services such as a presence on the EMMIM website with online appointment booking and promotion on our channels.
Psychologists, doctors and other health professionals, speech therapists, nutritionists, coaches, complementary medicine therapists (acupuncture, homeopathy, naturopathy, osteopathy) and energy therapists (reiki, among others). If your practice takes place in a consulting room or on a treatment couch, EMMIM was designed for you.
Yes. There are consulting rooms with a treatment couch and ergonomic stool, rooms with reclining armchairs for psychology or coaching sessions and a room with a round table for small groups or clinical supervision. The rooms can be adapted to your needs.
At Av. Miguel Bombarda 1 – 3º Esq, 1000-207 Lisbon, a two-minute walk from Praça do Saldanha — with the metro at the door (Saldanha station, Yellow and Red lines) and several bus routes. A central location with easy access for your patients.
Yes. For covered parking we recommend the Telpark Arco do Cego car park, very close by; on-street the standard EMEL rate applies — paid on weekdays and free at weekends. For public transport, Saldanha metro station (Red and Yellow lines, East exit) is right next door and Entrecampos train station is a short walk away.
Reception is open on weekdays from 8:30 to 21:30. Members have code access to the space every day of the year, from 8:00 to 23:00.
Our team opens the door to your patients and shows them to the waiting room, where they can have a coffee, tea or water while they wait — even when you are still in session, your patient is warmly received.
Yes. As support services, we handle appointment booking and confirmation, patient schedule management, taking payments (cash and card, using your terminal) and issuing receipts/invoices through your own invoicing platform.
No. EMMIM does not require any insurance in order to rent a consulting room. Each professional remains responsible for the legal and ethical requirements of their own activity (for example, any insurance required by their professional body).
