It is a shared workspace designed for health and wellness professionals. Instead of open-space desks, you get private consultation rooms with treatment tables, a waiting room for your patients and a professional reception — paying only for the hours or periods you need, without the fixed costs of your own practice.
Prices start at €4.90 per hour on the larger plans. Hour packs: 1 hour for €14.88, 10 hours for €132.25, 20 hours for €243.43 and 35 hours for €391.74 (all + VAT). There are also monthly period plans — mornings, afternoons/evenings or full days — from €124.80/month + VAT.
Yes. The 1 Hour Pack costs €14.88 + VAT. Hour packs are valid for 6 months after purchase (the 35 Hours Pack for 1 year) and usable on weekdays, with access to the waiting room, internet, kitchenette and outdoor lounge area.
Not necessarily. Hour packs are bought with no lock-in at all. Alternatively, there are automatically renewing monthly contracts, slightly cheaper, with a deposit equal to 1 month: from 3 months of contract onwards, cancellation is free; cancelling before 3 months means losing the deposit.
Reception of your patients and escorting them to the waiting room, internet, kitchenette and outdoor lounge, changing room, code-based access to the space and access to strategic partnerships. Monthly plans add services such as a presence on the EMMIM website with online appointment booking and promotion through our channels.
Psychologists, doctors and other health professionals, speech therapists, nutritionists, coaches, practitioners of non-conventional medicine (acupuncture, homeopathy, naturopathy, osteopathy) and energy therapists (reiki, among others). If your practice happens in a consultation room or on a treatment table, EMMIM was designed for you.
Yes. There are rooms with a treatment table and ergonomic stool, rooms with reclining armchairs for psychology or coaching sessions, and a room with a round table for small groups or clinical supervision. Rooms can be adapted to your needs.
At Av. Miguel Bombarda 1 – 3º Esq, 1000-207 Lisbon, steps from Praça do Saldanha — with the metro at the door (Saldanha station, Yellow and Red lines) and several bus routes. A central location that is easy for your patients to reach.
Yes. For covered parking we recommend the Telpark Arco do Cego car park, very close by; on-street parking follows the standard EMEL tariff — paid on weekdays and free on weekends. For public transport, the Saldanha metro station (Red and Yellow lines, Nascente/east exit) is right next door, and Entrecampos train station is a short walk away.
Reception is open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Members have code-based access to the space every day of the year, from 8 AM to 11 PM.
Our team opens the door to your patients and shows them to the waiting room, where they can have a coffee, tea or water while they wait — even while you are still in session, your patient is well looked after.
Yes. As support services, we book and confirm appointments, manage your patient schedule, receive payments (cash and card, with your terminal) and issue receipts/invoices through your invoicing platform.
No. EMMIM does not require any insurance to rent a consultation room. Each professional remains responsible for the legal and professional requirements of their own practice (for example, insurance required by their professional body).
